Tips and ways to remember dreams

Dreams can provide us with data and keys to understand our life, our history and our emotions. The problem is that it is always quite difficult to remember them, or at least most of them. Therefore, below we bring you these tips or ways to remember dreams and give them an interpretation .
How to remember dreams?
- There are songs and music that help you remember dreams better. So before sleeping, listen to some music and see what happens.
- If you only remember part of the dream, try to put it in the correct order. It is easier for the brain to remember things if you know what happened first or before.
- If you always like to remember your dreams , try to wake up in the early morning and have a pencil and paper handy so you can write. Of course, do not use light and do not open your eyes, try to write with your eyes closed. With practice, you will improve your writing without seeing the paper.
- If you speak when you are asleep, try to record yourself with your cell phone or a camera and play it the next morning, this can help you refresh your memories and know what you were dreaming about.
- When you write or record the dream it is easier for you to remember it if you bring it to the present; that is, "I am in ..." instead of saying "I was in ...".
- Record exactly what happened regardless of whether it doesn't make sense or logic to you or others. For example, if you dream that at the beginning you were in a house and then you appeared in a forest, avoid the temptation to fill that void and assume that you left the house. Dreams are personal and alien to everyday experience. So trying to make sense of it or logic can make it lose its meaning.
- If you have the same dream over and over again, all the more so write it down. A recurring dream can have a special meaning for us.
